You are consulting an independent, highly specialised, senior psychology practitioner, working within an established clinical practice (based in Bristol) who has over 20 years of clinical experience, across various sectors; including education, charitable, NHS and private settings. Victoria’s extensive professional background, coupled with her own lived experiences, enable understanding and support for individuals facing diverse challenges, throughout their lives. Victoria is also a mother to 3 children with 2 diagnoses; Autism and ADHD.
Victoria’s own wellness practices are deeply rooted in embodied breath, movement, and connection to the natural world. She is a contemporary and considered scientist-practitioner, who works respectfully and collaboratively with all clients, within their own unique circumstances. Victoria considers it a privilege to walk alongside seekers of powerful connection, meaningful experience and sustainable change.

Prioritising compassion, respect, and integrity, Victoria holds a brave and welcoming environment, in which every individual is met with dignity, authenticity, transparency and respect.

This is an evidence-based, person-centred, holistic approach to therapy, considering the physical, emotional, and social factors that can impact mental health.
Collaborating with clients to develop the skills and resilience they need to navigate life's challenges. Victoria’s work draws upon cognitive, behavioural therapy (CBT) acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches (ACT), as well as Compassionate, and Nature Connection Practices. Victoria is also a Psychological Integration Practitioner (ACER)

Victoria has extensive and highly specialised training, lived and academic experience in a variety of areas; including anxiety, mood, neurodiversity, psychosis, addiction, antenatal education and hypnosis-based birth preparation, LGBTQ+ rights, cultural competency, and trauma-informed care. This approach is professional, inclusive, affirming and collaborative care.

I offer a bespoke range of services to meet diverse needs, including individual, family and systemic therapy.
I can support comprehensive psychological assessment, brief as well as longer-term care plans, advocacy and liaison with other services and their providers, and ad-hoc consultation.
